Each product includes a ZIP download with config files (SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, MEMORY.md templates, and more), setup scripts, and a detailed guide PDF. The Starter Kit and above include walkthroughs and working deploy scripts. All files are pre-tested and ready to use on your chosen VPS.

No. Our products are designed specifically for non-technical users. If you can follow step-by-step instructions, you can deploy using our kits. The guides are written in plain language — no jargon, no assumed knowledge. If you get stuck, email support is included with the Starter Kit and above.

We recommend Hostinger VPS (at least KVM 1 plan [~$5/mo], but get the KVM 2 for agent swarms). It's affordable, reliable, and works perfectly with our configs. The setup scripts in our kits are tested on their framework, specifically. Other VPS providers (DigitalOcean, AWS, etc.) will work too, but you'll need to adapt some steps.

Most users are up and running in under an hour. The fastest deployments we've seen: 25 minutes from purchase to live agent. With our Starter Kit, on a fresh Hostinger VPS, and one-click deployment your OpenClaw from the Hostinger docker, expect just 30–45 minutes.

A Hostinger VPS KVM 1 plan, for example, costs ~$5/month (~$50/year). That's it. With our configs, you run the same agents that cost $100–$200/month on managed platforms. Total cost: ~$99/year hosting + one-time product purchase.

Our primary focus is OpenClaw — it's the most capable and actively developed platform we know. We have added configs which are built just for Hermes (see Hermes section in "Products"), and the detailed guides and deploy scripts are optimized for their respective platforms.

If you download the files, try the guide, and something doesn't work — email us. We'll either fix the issue or work it out. We want you to have a working system, and full satisfaction.

Because you're likely paying $100–$200/month for something you can run yourself for $99/year. If you have the technical comfort to manage a VPS, switching takes an afternoon and saves you thousands per year. When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to download your product files. Because these files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we are unable to offer refunds once the download has been initiated or completed.
