Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases from My Agent Lab are final and non-refundable. Once a product has been delivered as a digital download, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.
2. What This Means
When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to download your product files. Because these files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we are unable to offer refunds once the download has been initiated or completed.
3. Before You Purchase
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, feature lists, and any previews provided on the product page before completing your purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, contact us at support@myagentlab.com before purchasing.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue with a purchased product (e.g., a file is corrupted or does not function as described), please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or, if resolution is not possible, issue a case-by-case review. To report a technical issue, email support@myagentlab.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks and may block future access to our products and services.
6. Changes to This Policy
My Agent Lab reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
